1:1 holistic coaching offers a calm and focused space to explore what is unfolding in your life.

Many women arrive at coaching during times of change, growth, or quiet questioning. They may feel capable and successful on the outside, yet sense there is more clarity, confidence, or alignment waiting to be discovered.

In our sessions, we slow things down.

Through conversation, reflection, and simple embodied practices, we begin to listen more closely to what is true for you and how you want to move forward.

This work is not about fixing yourself.
It is about creating the space to hear your own wisdom more clearly.

My approach combines thoughtful coaching with elements of embodiment and mindfulness, this is what make it holistic.

Depending on what feels supportive for you, sessions may include:

• reflective conversation and coaching questions
• mindfulness and meditation
• breath and body awareness
• journalling or reflection prompts
• simple integration practices between sessions

The intention is always the same:
to help you reconnect with your own clarity, strength, and inner direction.

60-minute sessions
Available as single sessions or multi-session journeys.

Sliding scale available.

I only have a few coaching slots available, so that each client receives thoughtful attention.
